Quinn Enterprise believes in helping its consumers as far as possible. Therefore, it offers a liberal exchange and refund policy that meets the best interest of all parties involved.

Exchange Policy

Our Exchange Policy guarantees a hassle-free replacement of damaged/incorrect products. Kindly raise an exchange request within 24 hours of delivery with your contact details. If you feel that you have received the product in an undesired condition (damaged/ expired) or it is not what you originally ordered, kindly take a photo of the product and attach it with your replacement request. 

Once the exchange request is accepted and approved, our delivery partner will pick up the package. The new product will be dispatched once we receive the item in our facility. Therefore, it might take 3-4 business days before replacing the item. We request you to kindly bear with the technicalities during this period.

           If you reckon that the package has been tampered with before delivery, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, kindly contact our customer care regarding the same. We will try our best to ensure a brand-new replacement at the earliest.

Refund Policy

At Quinn Enterprise, all our products are prepared and packaged with utmost care. Every product is meticulously checked before going into packaging. But in the case of extremely rare instances, there might be some items that get damaged in transit. If you receive one, please get back to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund is only applicable for items that have physical defects, packages that have been damaged during transit, or incorrect/ expired products.

           Please note, no exchange on the grounds of the damaged item will be entertained without a supporting image/opening video. The refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
